Architecte DPLG (Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette, 1995) et sociologue (EHESS, Paris, 1997). Membre de l’Union des Photographes Professionnels<\/a>.<\/p>\n

De 2023 \u00e0 2026, je suis ing\u00e9nieur de recherche \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Tours au sein du laboratoire CITERES (Cit\u00e9s, TERritoires, Environnement et Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s) o\u00f9, avec B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Florin, je travaille pour le programme de recherche SO RRYL (Une SOci\u00e9t\u00e9 du R\u00e9emploi et du RecYcLage ?) avec une focale sur la \u00ab\u00a0fili\u00e8re ferraille\u00a0\u00bb. Mon atelier se situe au Point H^ut (Saint Pierre des Corps) o\u00f9 je suis accueilli en r\u00e9sidence artistique permanente par le POLAU – p\u00f4le arts & urbanisme.<\/p>\n

Photographe ind\u00e9pendant, je travaille depuis 2014 avec des chercheurs en sciences sociales sur le th\u00e8me de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et du recyclage des d\u00e9chets en contexte urbain. Mes terrains se situent dans de grandes villes m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes (Le Caire, Istanbul, Marseille, Casablanca et Beyrouth), mais \u00e9galement dans la r\u00e9gion parisienne, \u00e0 Tours, Mumbai et Lom\u00e9.<\/p>\n

A ce titre, j’ai particip\u00e9 de 2015 \u00e0 2017 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de l’exposition \u00ab\u00a0Vies d’ordures. De l’\u00e9conomie des d\u00e9chets en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 Marseille au Mus\u00e9e des Civilisations d’Europe et de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e (MuCEM) du 22 mars au 14 ao\u00fbt 2017.<\/p>\n

Membre du r\u00e9seau de recherche Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s Urbaines et d\u00e9chets<\/a> (SUD), j’ai particip\u00e9 en 2016 \u00e0 la conception de l’exposition collective \u00ab\u00a0La mise en image du rebut\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> qui est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e depuis dans diff\u00e9rentes institutions scientifiques et universitaires.<\/p>\n

J’ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration de l’exposition \u00ab\u00a0The City of Waste\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> qui se tient en plusieurs temps en Inde \u00e0 Delhi et Kochi de f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 mai 2018 et mis en forme une nouvelle version \u00e9largie de l’exposition \u00ab\u00a0La mise en image du rebut<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 Marseille en juillet 2018.<\/p>\n

De 2018 \u00e0 2023, j’ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du \u00ab\u00a0comit\u00e9 des experts\u00a0\u00bb et photographe pour le projet d’exposition qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 du 10 mai au 4 septembre 2023 au MuCEM (Marseille) \u00ab\u00a0Barvalo. Roms, Sinti, Manouches, Gitans, Voyageurs…\u00a0\u00bb<\/a><\/p>\n

Enfin, un projet \u00ab\u00a0socio-photographique\u00a0\u00bb est en cours de r\u00e9alisation depuis janvier 2019 dans le cadre d’une r\u00e9sidence artistique permanente au POLAU-p\u00f4le arts et urbanisme<\/a> sur le th\u00e8me de \u201cVoyage au c\u0153ur de nos poubelles<\/strong>\u201c, en collaboration avec B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Florin, g\u00e9ographe \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Tours. Ce projet a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re grande exposition qui s’est tenue dans la grande serre du Jardin Botanique de Tours du 13 mai au 16 juillet 2022.<\/p>\n

From 2023 to 2026, I am a research engineer at the University of Tours within the CITERES laboratory (Cities, Territories, Environment and Societies) where, with B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Florin, I work for the research program SO RRYL (A SOciety of Reuse and RecYcling?) with a focus on the \u00ab\u00a0scrap sector\u00a0\u00bb. My workshop is located at Point H^ut (Saint Pierre des Corps) where I am welcomed in permanent artistic residence by the POLAU – pole arts & urbanism.<\/p>\n

As freelance photographer, I work mainly with social scientists on the theme of waste recovery and recycling in an urban context. My research fields are located in major Mediterranean cities (Cairo, Istanbul, Marseille, Casablanca and Beirut), but also in the Paris region, Tours, Mumbai and Lom\u00e9.<\/p>\n

As such, I participated in 2015, 2016 and 2017 in the preparation of the exhibition \u00ab\u00a0Lives of garbage. The Economics of Waste in the Mediterranean\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> which was presented in Marseille at the Museum of Civilizations of Europe and Mediterranean Sea (MuCEM) from 22 March to 14 August 2017.<\/p>\n

As a member of the Urban Societies and Waste (SUD) research network, I participated in 2016 in the conception of the collective exhibition \u00ab\u00a0La mise en image du rebut<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb which has since been presented in various scientific and university institutions.<\/p>\n

I recently participated in the development of the exhibition \u00ab\u00a0The City of Waste\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> which is held in India and Delhi in Kochi from February to May 2018 and shaped a new enlarged version of the exhibition \u00ab\u00a0La mise en image du rebut<\/a> (Image of the waste)\u00a0\u00bb presented for the first time in Marseille in July 2018.<\/p>\n

From 2018 to 2023, I was also a member of the \u00ab\u00a0committee of experts\u00a0\u00bb and photographer for the exhibition project which was presented from May 10 to September 4, 2023 at MuCEM (Marseille) \u201cBarvalo. Roma, Sinti, Manouches, Gypsies, Travelers\u2026\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Finally, a \u00ab\u00a0socio-photographic\u00a0\u00bb project has been in progress since January 2019 as part of a permanent artistic residency at the POLAU-arts and urban planning center on the theme of \u00ab\u00a0Journey to the heart of our trash cans\u00a0\u00bb, in collaboration with B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Florin, geographer at the University of Tours. This project gave rise to a major exhibition held in the large greenhouse of the Botanical Garden of Tours from May 13 to July 16, 2022.<\/p>\n
